  • Open an approved job and fill the submission form: candidate email, phone, LinkedIn URL, resume upload, desired rate, visa status, and start availability.
  • Write a recruiter pitch, your personal endorsement of why this candidate fits.
  • Our fingerprinting system (email + phone + LinkedIn hash) automatically deduplicates. If someone was already submitted by another recruiter, you'll know immediately.
  • Each job has a submission cap per recruiter (default: 3 slots). Quality over quantity is enforced by design.
