Why We Built This

We ran a staffing company. We knew the drill: independent recruiters have incredible networks and genuine expertise, but they spend most of their time cold-calling, chasing stale job boards, and negotiating commission terms in spreadsheets.
Meanwhile, our clients needed to hire specialized talent fast. The traditional staffing model was too slow and too expensive. We needed to tap into a wider recruiter network, but managing that manually was chaos.
So we built RecruShare: a platform that connects vetted independent recruiters to curated job openings, with transparent commissions, real-time tracking, and AI-powered screening built in from day one.
