Yes, completely free. You never pay us anything. Instead, you earn commissions on successful placements. We only make money when our client companies pay for placements, not from recruiter fees.
What does "200 free seats" mean?
We are in early access and accepting only the first 200 independent recruiters who apply. This ensures we maintain quality across the network and provide enough job volume for each recruiter. Once the 200 seats are filled, a waitlist will open.
How long does it take to get paid after a placement?
Once a candidate reaches "Placed" status, your commission is auto-calculated. The typical payout timeline is 60-90 days after the start date, once the client invoices are settled. You can track the exact status (Pending โ†’ Approved โ†’ Paid) in your dashboard.
Can I work part-time or alongside my full-time job?
Absolutely. RecruShare is designed for flexibility. Many recruiters on our platform work a few hours per week submitting candidates from their existing networks. There's no minimum commitment.
